The Agricultural show at Wolsingham brought out both class 141s to run on the line, with an improved service using the siding at Scotch Isle to pass.
The units have been very reliable and afford grand views of the river wear as it follows the route north. Its worth travelling on them just to enjoy the atmosphere of the rural branch line!
